
He would carry out market research to gain a clear understanding of what the customers are demanding - Develop marketing strategies to outline the company, promote and sell services and maintaining a competitive edge over its competitors - Plan and execute quarterly marketing calendar and enhance the presence of the company's social accounts, promote products and build the brand awareness - Champion the customer relationship management to ensure providing excellent services in order to build and retain lasting relationship - Coordinate and plan events in corporation with company's main partners in the market - Communicate with various media, advertising agencies, printing houses, and other services to help marketing projects come alive - Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, social media accounts and advertisements - Track all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to management - Work within the allocated budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product and service - Ensure proper motivation and coaching for marketing team. He would need to engage with the all concerned stake holders and the target customers/ forums to come up with out of the box strategies and implement with the help of the operations team. He should have a very good understanding and knowledge of the target markets/ people centricity in the target markets and be able to penetrate the markets. He would be responsible to manage P&L so would work closely with the Sales and Operational units to translate the marketing strategies converting into business outputs. He would be responsible to formulate strategies for the marketing unit to leverage and enhance business for the company across all its geographical reach. The individual would be working with the General Manager (Business Head) very closely on both strategic and operational front. He should have a strong software development background as his core competency, with good knowledge in Marketing in the Middle East market - GCC countries. The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Marketing professional with 10 to 15 yrs experience in the Money Exchange/ Foreign Exchange/ Remittance sector and would be responsible for driving the entire Marketing department.
